Our team is dedicated and determined to ensure that every client feels important and leaves feeling delighted and refreshed. We specialise in hair cutting & styling, bespoke colour services, hair extensions and hair smoothing. We are also renowned in the Gravesham area for our hair & make-up services for just about every occasion, from hen parties and birthday celebrations to festival prep and prom looks.
To make your visit extra special, we offer complimentary Prosecco or cocktails during your service. The salon is easily accessible from the A2 and there is free parking outside.

Complimentary consultations
To get your hair, make-up or aesthetics treatment spot on, we offer complimentary consultations. Book your free 15-minute consultation for any hair or make-up service where you’d like an expert opinion.
Skin allergy colour testing
Skin testing is vital and is required for clients who are new to hair colour or have not had a skin allergy alert test in the previous three months. Simply pop into the salon 48 hours before your colour appointment for this quick 15-minute test.
No-show policy
To protect our stylists’ time and earnings, no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
We appreciate 48 hours’ notice if you have to cancel or reschedule. Appointments likely to last two hours or longer will be charged if you do not give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or change.
Text & email confirmations
You will receive a text or email confirming your appointment 48 hours beforehand. Please look out for it and let us know immediately if you cannot attend.
Non-refundable deposits
A 50% deposit applies to hair colouring services, hair extensions and group bookings. To avoid losing your deposit, we require at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Lateness
Arriving late limits the time for your service. Your stylist will complete as much of the service as possible in the time that remains.
Free parking
The salon is easily accessible from the A2 and there is free parking right outside.
