Our priority is maintaining the health of your hair and achieving the best possible colour results. Colour correction is a specialised service to fix or improve colour work carried out elsewhere, and because every correction is unique, we ask all clients to agree to the following before booking.
1. No guarantees on corrective work
If your colour was done at another salon or at home, we cannot guarantee the final result. We may not know what products, chemicals or techniques were used, how many processes the hair has undergone, or how it will react once we begin. We guarantee that our team will use their professional skill and judgement to achieve the safest, most suitable outcome.
2. Mandatory consultation
A full consultation is required before booking any colour correction. We will assess the condition of your hair, discuss realistic expectations and outcomes, and recommend a plan based on what is safely achievable. Patch and strand tests may be required.
3. Hair integrity comes first
Our stylists will not carry out any service they believe may cause further damage. If a desired result is unsafe or unrealistic, alternative options will be offered.
4. A multi-stage process
Colour correction often requires several appointments — removing or neutralising unwanted tones, rebuilding pigment, and treating the hair between sessions. Your stylist will give you an estimated plan, but timelines may change depending on how your hair responds.
5. Payment & satisfaction
Colour correction is priced on the work performed, not the end result. Payment is required in full at your appointment, even if the final result is not exactly what you hoped for. We always strive for your desired outcome, but results cannot be guaranteed when correcting work we did not originally perform.
6. Aftercare commitment
Please follow the recommended aftercare to maintain your colour and hair health. We’ll discuss products and routines during your appointment.
