Subscription terms & conditions
Minimum two-month commitment
All subscriptions require a minimum sign-up of two months. After that you may continue month-to-month or request cancellation.
Cancellation
To cancel, email the salon before your next month’s subscription renews. Once the new month has rolled over, that month’s payment and appointments are non-refundable.
Missed or cancelled appointments
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another client. Missed appointments are not transferable or refundable, and subscription blowdries cannot be carried over into the next month.
Booking flexibility
Subscribers are welcome to book in advance to secure preferred dates and times. All appointments are subject to stylist availability.
Non-transferable
Subscription appointments are for the named subscriber only and cannot be shared or transferred.
