As the owner of Tiffany Frances, my mission goes far beyond the day-to-day operations of running a salon. I am not a hairdresser by trade — instead, my focus is on creating an environment where our stylists can thrive and where every client experiences true luxury, along with creating beautiful transformations with hair extensions. I dedicate my time to mentoring our talented team, ensuring they receive the highest level of training and uphold the standards of excellence our salon is known for. From the moment you walk through our doors, I want you to feel cared for, empowered, and transformed.

Karen is a hair stylist and advanced hair colour technician, and our blonde specialist. She qualified in 1999 and has been creating fabulous hair ever since. She loves meeting clients and making them feel happy and confident, and is inspired by Masters of Balayage, Daisy Good and Blond Chronicles. Her ambition is to keep learning so she can educate others. Married with three children, she describes herself as loyal, ambitious and friendly.

Amie is a fully qualified hairdresser who has been behind the chair for over 14 years. A passionate and creative stylist with a keen eye for detail, she enjoys cutting, colouring and styling all hair types, and keeps up with the latest trends and techniques to deliver modern, personalised looks.

Sinead has been in the industry for 21 years. She specialises in hair extensions and loves creating hair-ups for all occasions and weddings.

Your brow and lash queen. Specialising in brow lamination and hybrid brows, Ellie loves creating transformations that are individual to every client.

Madison is a talented hair extensionist who partners with the salon to create bespoke hair extension transformations. From weaves to nanos, she can bring your hair goals to life — and she is epic at a curly blowout or a stylish up-do.
